Concierge Home Care in Orange Park, FL is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our in-office team. You will provide general office support, answer calls, greet visitors, process mail, and manage supplies to keep daily operations running smoothly.

The role requires some college, at least one year of medical office experience (check-in/check-out), experience with prior authorization tools, and strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Some college (required)
• One year of medical office experience (required), including front-of-office doctor's office experience (check-in/check out) and answering phones
• Prior authorization experience (Availity, United Healthcare portal, and CoverMyMeds)
• Ability to work in a high-call environment
• Highly organized and able to multitask
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide general office support and handle a variety of clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Answer and screen incoming calls, directing callers to the appropriate associate or voicemail.
• Greet and assist company guests and visitors.
• Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail and publications.
• Sign for and distribute package deliveries.
• Order, receive, stock, and distribute office supplies as needed.
