Generations Dental Care in Concord, NH is seeking a Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator to ensure patients leave informed and prepared for their next appointment. You will present treatment plans and financial estimates, explain insurance benefits, and assist with financial arrangements.

This full-time, on-site role supports the clinical team, coordinates doctor and hygiene schedules, manages patient flow, and handles pre-authorization and consent paperwork while upholding HIPAA and OSHA

Qualifikationen

• Dental insurance knowledge required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Project coordination experience.
• Facility with OSHA and HIPAA guidelines and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dental practice management software.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and present treatment plans and financial estimates to patients for all prescribed treatments.
• Schedule patient treatment appointments and reschedule as needed.
• Manage Doctor and hygiene schedules to optimize appointment time.
• Assist with financial arrangements and pre-authorization.
• Handle all treatment paperwork including consent and policy forms.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance; promote teamwork with the clinical team.
