Generations Dental Care is seeking a Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator to ensure a seamless patient experience from presenting treatment plans to coordinating appointments and finances. The role requires strong communication, insurance knowledge, and a team-oriented approach.

Full-time, 4-day work week, 8am-5pm, in Concord NH. Prior dental office experience and Dentrix proficiency are preferred; benefits include vacation, holidays, 401k, and health plans.

Qualifications

• 1 year dental office experience preferred.
• Experience presenting treatment and financial plans.
• Dentrix experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage schedules and patient flow.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Present treatment plans and financial estimates to patients.
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments; manage no-shows.
• Coordinate doctor and hygiene schedules for efficient patient flow.
• Assist with pre-authorization and consent paperwork.
• Handle financial arrangements and exits; maintain confidentiality.
