Responsibilities

Present and explain treatment plans to patients.
Educate patients on treatment options, insurance benefits, and financial arrangements.

Follow up with patients regarding outstanding treatment needs.
Collaborate with doctors, hygienists, and front office team members.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
