The successful candidate will have at least 1 year in a dental office setting, strong customer service, and Dentrix experience, with a commitment to accuracy and patient-centric care.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental office setting.
• Dental insurance/billing knowledge required.
• Superior communication skills and rapport with patients and staff.
• Dentrix experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a smooth check-in/check-out for patients.
• Answer questions and assist with intake forms.
• Verify insurance, follow up on claims, and inform staff/patients about coverage.
• Assist patients with financial arrangements.
• Phone coverage and appointment confirmations.
