Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to communicate with physicians, patients, and departments to schedule, reschedule, and cancel tests and procedures. The role supports timely patient preparation and punctual arrival, while upholding patient-first service standards.

The candidate will use registration and scheduling systems, have strong computer skills, and maintain familiarity with ICD-9/ICD-10 and CPT coding.

Competenze

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must complete Orlando Health medical terminology course within 90 days of hire.
• One year of retail, customer service or health care experience.
• Computer experience required.

Mansioni

• Communicate scheduling needs with physicians, patients and departments to arrange tests and procedures.
• Provide scheduling information and handle rescheduling and cancellations.
• Maintain knowledge of ICD-9/ICD-10 and CPT codes as needed.
