Stanton Optical is hiring at our Georgia locations to deliver exceptional customer service to patients while supporting sales and bridging the retail and clinical teams. You will greet customers, gather information, and facilitate eye-care services and product options in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires an associate degree or current enrollment and 2+ years in customer service, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond high school; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Active listening, rapport-building and empathy with patients.
• Proactive problem solving to address potential patients’ concerns or objections.
• Collaborative spirit, maintaining respectful relationships with team and patients.
• Results-driven, multitasking, prioritization and flexibility in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store; identify needs and promote available products and services.
• Foster a strong partnership between the retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; enter patient history and info in the system.
• Complete pre-tests and common eye exams/tests; collect medical history.
• Assist management with patient concerns and ensure timely updates on orders.
• Maintain brand standards with basic housekeeping duties as needed.
• Edge lenses, assemble frames, and ensure accurate delivery times.
• Notify management of equipment issues or order problems in the lab area.
