Job summary

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent and completion of one recognized technical program or related experience.
• Must have either nursing/medical support training or patient care experience as listed.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, report, and document vital signs, height/weight, intake/output.
• Obtain blood samples by venipuncture and perform POCT as directed.
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient care per plan of care.
• Provide personal hygiene, feeding assistance, and mobility support.
• Maintain patient safety, privacy, and infection control.
• Document care and maintain clean, safe patient areas.
• Assist in coordinating hospital services as needed.
