Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient calls within 10 minutes.
• Assist with RN in implementing patient care plans.
• Document care provided: vitals, intake/output, meal percentages, equipment used.
• Maintain clean, organized patient rooms and supply areas.
• Communicate plan of care to patient and family; collaborate with RN.
