Qualifications

• Preferred: 1 year healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient calls within 10 minutes and assist care under RN direction.
• Document all care: vitals, intake/output, and procedures.
• Assist with hygiene, meals, mobility, and daily activities.
• Maintain clean, organized patient rooms and ensure safe equipment operation.
• Communicate plan of care to patients and families; report changes to RN/Charge Nurse.
