Qualificações

• Req High School or equivalent; must communicate effectively in English.
• Pref 1 year of acute care experience; prior medical training (EMT, PCA aide) or nursing student.
• Required licenses: CNA (CA DPH) and BLS Healthcare Provider; Fire Life Safety Training may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist RN in the provision of patient care and document vital signs and care provided.
• Gather data, report to RN promptly, and participate in the plan of care.
• Maintain unit environment, set up and maintain equipment, and support daily living activities.
• Communicate effectively with patient, family, and departments; use Cerner documentation.
• Coordinate patient flow and assist in safety and quality initiatives on the unit.
