• Groom, hygiene, ambulation, meals, feeding, and mobility support as needed.
• Document all care provided, including vital signs, intake/output, and equipment used.
• Maintain clean, organized patient rooms and care areas.
• Ensure safe operation of patient-care equipment and accessibility of call lights.
