Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient call within 10 minutes and support RN with care.
• Assist with daily hygiene, mobility, turning, and meals.
• Document care and vitals in the patient record system.
• Maintain clean, organized patient rooms and safe unit environment.
• Communicate care plans and changes to RN/Charge Nurse promptly.
