Ascension St. Vincent Kokomo is seeking compassionate care professionals to join the Progressive Care team in Kokomo, IN. You will assist patients with daily activities, monitor conditions, and document care journeys to support collaborative teamwork.

The role offers Day and PRN schedules in a hospital setting, with requirements including BLS within 30 days and preferred Nurse Aide certification. A high school diploma or equivalent or 1 year of related experience is required.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider required within 30 days of hire date.
• Preferred Nurse Aide credential.
• High school diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable experience; licensure/certification may substitute.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Preferred Credential(s):

• Nurse Aide.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
