Job summary

Ascension Health in Carmel, IN, is seeking a role in the Bariatric department to support daily patient care. The position involves day shift responsibilities with rotating holidays and weekends.

You will assist with patient activities, ensure rooms are clean, and document changes in patient conditions under supervision. A BLS certification is required within one month of hire.

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience.
• BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire, per policy.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
