Job summary

Ascension Health in Carmel, IN is seeking a senior operations leader to guide the administration team in achieving the organization's mission and goals. You will direct senior management, partner with executives, and ensure service excellence across departments.

The role requires a track record in scaling programs, driving performance, and delivering high-quality patient care within a nonprofit health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 5 of those years in leadership/management.
• Speciality Hospital Experience: Cardiology, Ortho, Inpatient Rehab, etc.
• Growth-oriented executive with a demonstrated ability to scale programs and drive business performance.
• Masters Degree Preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to management team that enlists active participation/support and creates ownership of short- and long-term objectives necessary to achieve revenue/budget goals.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement policies and practices to deliver the optimal level of service to the community. Ensure that services are consistent with the mission, vision, values and directives of the organization.
• Create a culture and environment that attracts, motivates, develops and retains qualified associates and physicians.
• Provide leadership for performance improvement and quality initiatives to achieve high quality of care and patient safety goals. Ensure that the organization meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with medical staff. Integrate physician perspective in strategic and operational decision-making.
• Collaborate and partner with key leaders across business units to optimize the delivery of care to patients, families, physicians and the community.
