One Medical in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Phlebotomist/Front Desk to enhance patient care. You will perform venipuncture and clinical tasks, greet patients, manage schedules, and assist the care team to ensure an exceptional in-office experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and adept use of our EMR and collaboration tools. Full-time, on-site at the Flats at Bethesda location with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with computer technology and multiple software systems.
• Experience working with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide venipuncture and clinical support to create a positive in-office experience.
• Manage patient intake, same-day schedule, and follow-up scheduling.
• Perform front desk duties including check-in/out and insurance verification.
• Maintain accurate specimen labeling, handling, and inventory upkeep.
• Support providers and virtual medical team with clerical tasks and forms.
• Master the technology suite (Slack, G-Suite, Zoom, EMR, RingCentral).
• Open/close the office and ensure space cleanliness and organization.
