• Identify scheduling gaps and missing documentation and resolve routine issues.
• Route clinical messages, refill requests, forms, and care inquiries to the care team.
• Maintain accurate records in EMR and scheduling systems.
• Support daily front office workflow by prioritizing routine tasks and coordinating with clinical staff.
