Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I in Houston, TX to support clinic growth and patient intake processes. This role collaborates with the Clinic Director to ensure efficient clinic procedures and uphold the company’s mission and values.

The PCC-I position emphasizes excellent customer service, multi-program workflow, and front-office management, with a focus on accurate money handling, referrals conversion, and a welcoming patient experience.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills to relate with Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work with little supervision.
• Efficient time management and presentation skills as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule patient visits.
• Verify insurance coverage for patients and collect payments.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere and manage front office operations.
• Make welcome calls and monitor arrival rate to enhance patient experience.
• Manage schedules, document routing, overtime, non-clinical docs, deposits, and insurance reporting.
• Attend required trainings and quarterly compliance sessions.
