Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Oklahoma City, OK. This entry-level role supports clinic operations, handles patient intake, verifies insurance, collects payments, and maintains a welcoming front office.

You will work with the Clinic Director, manage referrals, schedule visits, and ensure smooth patient flow while delivering excellent customer service. Full-time with standard M-F hours and benefits are provided.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication with Business Office and Field leadership.
• Able to multitask, manage details, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Team player with time management and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greets clinic guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Schedules referrals and patient visits from faxes or calls.
• Verifies insurance coverage for patients.
• Collects patient payments and maintains front office organization.
• Support clinic growth alongside the Clinic Director.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere and ensure a great customer experience.
• Manage non-clinical documentation, deposits, and inventory.
