Results Physiotherapy/AST, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Hendersonville, TN clinic. The PCC-I will support clinic growth through efficient patient intake, front-desk operations, and collaboration with the Clinic Director to deliver excellent patient experiences.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Customer Service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make all welcome calls.
• Monitor and influence arrival rate through creation of a great customer experience.
• Manage schedule efficiently.
• Manage deposits.
• Monitor clinic inventory.
• Attend required trainings and compliance sessions.
