Orthopedic Rehabilitation Associates, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Colorado Springs clinic. This full-time role focuses on patient intake, front-office operations, and coordinating referrals with careful attention to insurance verification and scheduling.

The PCC-I collaborates with the Clinic Director to execute efficient clinic procedures and support the practice's mission and values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills with patients and staff.
• Ability to multitask and manage time with minimal supervision.
• Strong presentation and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greets everyone who enters the clinic in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Schedules new referrals received by fax or by telephone from patients and physician offices.
• Verifies insurance coverage for patients.
• Maintains an orderly and organized front office workspace.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
