SERC Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator - PCC-I to join our Belton clinic in Missouri. This entry-level office role focuses on welcoming patients, coordinating referrals, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and supporting efficient front-office operations.

The PCC-I will work with the Clinic Director to ensure smooth daily procedures, uphold service standards, and contribute to clinic growth through professional patient

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills with patients, offices, and leadership.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
• Strong time management and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule patient visits.
• Provide outstanding customer service and greet patients.
• Verify insurance coverage and collect payments as needed.
• Maintain an inviting, organized front office workspace.
• Make welcome calls and monitor arrival rate for a positive patient experience.
• Manage clinic schedule, document routing, and non-clinical paperwork.
• Oversee deposits, caseload, progress notes, and insurance reporting.
• Monitor clinic inventory and participate in required trainings.
