Integrity Rehab Group, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I to join our Bradenton, FL clinic. The PCC-I will support clinic growth and patient intake, working with the Clinic Director to ensure efficient procedures and a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling referrals, verifying insurance, handling front office tasks, and maintaining deposits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and learn new tasks quickly.
• Strong time management and presentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Customer service and front office duties.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and monitor arrival rate.
• Manage schedule, document routing, deposits and non‑clinical paperwork.
• Monitor clinic inventory and participate in training.
