Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Verify insurance and patient information; collect signatures and required documentation.
• Collect and log all co-pays and fees.
• Answer, transfer, and route incoming calls as needed.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments and notify staff of changes.
• Provide orientation on prep and safety protocols; give directions to facilities.
