The PCC-I works with the Clinic Director to ensure efficient procedures, maintain a welcoming environment, and uphold our mission, vision, and values in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule patient visits.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere and manage front-office operations.
