Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication with Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Efficient time management and strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere and make welcome calls.
• Monitor arrival rate and improve customer experience.
• Manage clinic schedule, documents, deposits, and caseload.
