Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule patient visits.
• Verify insurance coverage for patients.
• Maintain an orderly front office workspace.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere and excellent customer service.
• Make welcome calls and manage arrivals to optimize patient experience.
• Manage schedule, documentation routing, deposits, and non-clinical tasks.
