NW Sports Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for our Port Orchard, WA clinic. This entry-level office role focuses on smooth daily operations, friendly customer service, and efficient patient intake processes.

As PCC-I, you will collaborate with the Clinic Director, schedule referrals, verify insurance, manage front desk duties, and support clinic growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• As a team member, strong time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clinic visitors with a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
• Schedule referrals and patient visits via phone and fax.
• Verify insurance coverage for patients.
• Maintain an orderly front office workspace.
• Handle non-clinical documentation and deposits.
• Support clinic growth and patient intake processes.
