Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC-I) for our Port Orchard, WA clinic. The role supports clinic growth with efficient patient intake and practice management, collaborating with the Clinic Director to ensure smooth daily operations.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills, and can manage scheduling, payments, and non-clinical duties within a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets everyone who enters the clinic in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Schedules new referrals received by fax or by telephone from patients, physician offices.
• Verifies insurance coverage for patients.
• Collects patient payments.
• Maintains an orderly and organized front office workspace.
• Other duties as assigned.
