Beltone in Reno, NV is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our clinic and to ensure a positive patient experience. The PCC manages the clinic, builds patient relationships, understands hearing needs, and supports operations to keep the practice thriving.

You will greet patients, answer questions about services, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and coordinate with clinic and home office teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of medical office management experience.
• Front desk experience in hearing industry is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet and screen patients to determine support needs.
• Manage scheduling and daily office tasks; financial and administrative duties.
• Verify insurance and process payments; maintain patient records.
• Coordinate provider schedules and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Support marketing efforts, events, outreach, and patient retention activities.
• Open and close the office daily and maintain reception area.
