Audibel in Colorado is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to be the face of the clinic, guiding patients through their hearing journey. You will manage scheduling, patient accounts, records, and front-office operations with a focus on welcoming service and HIPAA compliance.

The PCC supports patient education, retention, events and ongoing clinic improvement, requiring strong customer service, organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years' experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with the listed systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, manage front-office flow and follow scripts.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; enter outcomes within 24 hours.
• Manage patient accounts receivable, deposits and clinic inventory.
• Support retention efforts and marketing outreach to grow patient base.
• Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
