Beltone Reno clinic is seeking an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to welcome patients, manage the front desk, and coordinate schedules with the hearing care team.

You will handle insurance verification, payments, and patient records while supporting operations and marketing efforts to grow the practice. The role emphasizes excellent service, organization, and teamwork in a busy medical setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of medical office management experience.
• Front desk experience in hearing industry is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and screen patients; determine how to best support them.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; conduct outbound retention calls.
• Verify insurance, manage payments, and track revenue.
• Coordinate provider schedules and ensure smooth flow of patient care.
• Assist with marketing, events, outreach, and patient retention.
