Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of medical office management experience.
• Front desk in the hearing industry is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with word processing and database software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Detail oriented with good math aptitude and basic accounting understanding.

Responsibilities

• Greet and screen patients to determine support needs.
