Job summary

Acoustic Hearing Aids by Beltone in Ventura and Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to greet patients, manage scheduling and patient flow, and support insurance and billing tasks. The role requires a strong service mindset and the ability to work across two locations.

The PCC will coordinate with clinic and home office teams, assist with outreach and retention efforts, and help ensure a smooth, welcoming patient experience at both sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of medical office management experience.
• Experience with front desk in the hearing industry is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet and screen patients to determine support needs.
• Answer questions about services and promotions.
• Schedule appointments and manage daily office tasks.
• Handle insurance verification, billing, and patient records.
• Coordinate with clinic and home office teams.
• Assist with marketing, events, outreach, and patient retention.
• Open/close the office daily and maintain reception area.
