Job summary

Beltone Hearing Care Center in Klamath Falls, Oregon, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and compassionate experience for every patient.

You will welcome patients, schedule appointments, verify benefits, handle paperwork, and support clinic operations while maintaining accurate records. Monday–Friday schedule, no evenings or weekends, with monthly bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate provider schedules and support efficient clinic operations.
• Verify insurance benefits and process patient paperwork.
• Check patients in and out and collect payments.
• Maintain patient records and office documentation.
• Manage inventory and track hearing aid orders, repairs, and deliveries.
• Support local marketing initiatives, community outreach, and patient retention activities.
• Ensure the office is organized, professional, and patient-ready each day.

Preferred Experience

• 10+ years of front desk, reception, scheduling, or administrative experience
• Medical, dental, vision, chiropractic, hearing healthcare, or other healthcare office experience preferred
• Experience with insurance verification and patient scheduling a plus
• Must have strong computer and data entry skills

Compensation

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour + Monthly Bonus Opportunity
