• Prepare patient charts and documentation before visits to support flow.
• Collect charges, co-pays, and payments in EMR; monitor balances.
• Run reports to ensure charges are billed and up to date.
• Monitor patient flow and adjust schedules to minimize delays.
• Communicate wait times and next steps to patients.
