Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect and verify demographics and insurance information.
• Schedule and document appointments; manage cancellations and rescheduling.
• Collect payments (co-pays, deductibles, etc.) and record transactions accurately.
• Verify benefits and authorization/ precertification as needed.
• Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry and filing.
• Maintain clean, safe, and compliant front office environment.
