Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments to keep provider schedules efficient.
• Coordinate follow-ups and rescheduling; communicate prep instructions clearly.
• Verify insurance details; explain coverage and potential out-of-pocket costs.
• Handle data entry; maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and docs.
• Support front-office workflow; assist team during peak hours and keep areas organized.
