Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversight and coordination of surgery and procedure scheduling across multidisciplinary specialties.
• Collaborate with specialty providers and patients to ensure preoperative visits are completed before scheduling.
• Monitor performance measures and quality indicators; provide training to new caregivers.
• Maintain knowledge of EPIC scheduling processes and related systems.
• Communicate with OR, pre-surgery, and other departments to ensure smooth procedures and continuity of care.
• Schedule inpatient and outpatient procedures and appointments; verify prior authorizations.

Education
