HearingLife is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the face of our nationwide retail clinics, delivering warm, helpful patient experiences and supporting clinics to hit revenue goals through efficient administrative and operational support.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, schedule appointments, verify insurance, process payments, manage supplies, and maintain HIPAA standards, in East Syracuse, NY with a collaborative team and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; able to work with diverse patient populations.
• Experience in customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related roles is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the face of our retail clinics and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Support clinics to achieve revenue goals by attracting new patients and handling administrative tasks.
• Coordinate patient interactions and needs, manage scheduling, intake, and payments.
