Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED. Preferred: Associates Degree.
• Minimum: 2 years equivalent experience. Preferred: 3–5 years equivalent experience.
• Required Skills: Excellent customer service, multitasking and independent work. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and direct to the correct person.
• Manage Outlook Calendar for providers within the clinic.
• Communicate with patients regarding scheduling matters.
• Manage clinic mail and prepare charts/records for upcoming visits.
• Prepare FMLA/Disability paperwork per provider direction.
• Order supplies and manage inventory within the clinic.
• Train new employees or internal transfers when needed.
