Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently, excellent communications skills, organizational skills and flexibility are required.

Responsibilities

  • Contributes to excellence in health care and supports unit mission.
  • Exhibits strong customer service in daily interactions with the public, patients, staff, and physicians.
  • Coordinates physician schedules and balances appointments and meetings.
  • Maintains physician calendars and prepares physician mail.
  • Completes disability forms within 7–10 business days of receipt.
  • Communicates professionally with patients, physicians, and staff.
