Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience or healthcare setting experience.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and manage wait times.
• Complete check-in/check-out tasks including insurance verification and pre-authorizations.
• Collect co-pays and manage cashier deposits.
• Handle patient communications via phone and scheduling.
• Maintain medical records and ensure proper filing/scanning.
