Responsibilities

• Greets patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Collects and verifies patient data for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintains EMR documentation and patient flow.
• Checks patients in and out and schedules appointments.
• Directs patients, vendors, visitors and the public as needed.
• Schedules future appointments in line with policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
