Job summary

iCare Health Solutions is seeking a part-time Front Desk/Technician Support role in Delray Beach. You will greet patients, verify insurance, explain pricing, collect copays, and assist with eyewear dispensing.

You will also support the Doctor and Office Manager to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent service. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in retail or optical settings, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, optical retail, or related field.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Strong communication skills to work with a diverse client base.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Verbal and written communication.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at front desk, verify insurance, explain pricing, and collect copays.
• Support doctors and office manager to maintain smooth patient flow and appointment scheduling.
• Assist with eyewear dispensing and minor adjustments as needed.
• Answer phones professionally and handle patient information accurately.
