Responsibilities

• Verify insurance and collect copays; facilitate payments per SOPs.
• Assist technicians and support doctors and office manager for smooth patient flow.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and explain pricing transparently.
• Assist with eyewear fitting, dispensing, and ordering contacts.
