You will collaborate with teams to resolve issues, monitor payer guidelines, and contribute to training and process projects. A healthcare background and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in healthcare administration preferred.
• 1 year of related experience in healthcare ops, admin, or insurance workflows preferred.
• Experience with insurance verification, prior authorizations, and payer guidelines is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare information systems.

Responsibilities

• Support regional operations through workflow improvements, training, and process optimization.
• Review and process documentation including insurance verification and authorizations.
• Navigate EMR systems to enter, track, and validate patient and authorization data.
• Analyze workflows to identify errors and implement efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with teams and leadership to resolve issues and communicate trends.
• Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and HIPAA requirements.
• Assist with training materials, onboarding, and cross-functional support.
• Participate in projects to refine processes and enhance operational performance.
• Meet quality and performance metrics while managing multiple priorities.
• Perform patient assessments and follow-ups to support care and compliance.
