Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree or related field preferred.
• Healthcare admin/ biz admin background desirable.
• Experience in healthcare setting is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with workflow improvement and process optimization.
• Review insurance verification, authorizations, and order accuracy.
• Enter, track, and validate patient and authorization data in EMR systems.
• Analyze workflows and implement efficiency improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of payer guidelines, products, and services to ensure compliance.
• Help with training materials and onboarding.
