Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, spoken and written English.
• Navigate insurance benefits, verify coverage, and explain costs.
• Proficient with EMR scheduling and patient data entry.
• Familiar with medical terminology and care coordination processes.
• Carefully maintain patient records and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect demographics, insurance and referrals.
• Schedule appointments, labs, diagnostics, and consultations.
• Serve as liaison between patients, clinicians, and staff to ensure smooth care flow.
• Assist patients with online portal access and information sharing.
• Coordinate care and communication across departments within USC system.
